J. Singh Biln, vice-president of the West Coast Railway Association, which operates the museum, has been an organizer of a classic car show downtown for the last couple of years, but this is the event鈥檚 first year at the museum.
"We started off with 30 cars two years ago and went up to 45 cars last year," he said, adding organizers are expecting about 60 vintage vehicles鈥攃ars, trucks and motorcycles鈥攁t the upcoming event.
"Anything that has wheels on it and runs by itself," he said.
Of the oldies expected are 小蓝视频 Jaguar & MG Club vehicles, local Squamish classic cars, including Biln's own, a rebuilt 1966 Acadian Canso Sport Deluxe (SD), and bikes from members of the 小蓝视频 Classic Motorcycle Club.
Because it is at the museum, this is the first time participants have to, with fees ranging from $40 to $100, with the latter including a canopy, table, two chairs and passes to the museum for two representatives.

Biln notes that participants can pay in advance or at the gate on the day of the show.
(Participants are asked to arrive with their vehicle no later than 8 a.m. on Saturday.)
The Squamish Lions Club is running a barbecue for the event and there will be a food truck for hungry attendees.
